Return Policy

At RENRUI, we are dedicated to ensuring 100% customer satisfaction! You may return any purchased sports products within 30 days of receipt for any reason, provided they comply with our return guidelines outlined below. Thank you for choosing RENRUI.

1. Return & Exchange Process

We implement a 30-day hassle-free return policy, which entitles you to request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.
To start a return, please reach out to us at support@renrui.com. Upon approval of your return request, we will send you a prepaid return label (covering all return shipping costs) along with detailed instructions on how and where to ship your sports product package. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted or processed.
For your return to be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. If the item has been used, please ensure it is cleaned, dried, or wiped down before packaging it for return.
A restocking fee of $15 will be applied upon successful completion of the return or exchange process. This fee will be deducted from your refund by default and is used to cover warehouse inspection costs, processing fees, and potential secondary shipping expenses.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon receipt. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us right away so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
If the received sports product fails to power on (for electronic sports gear) or has manufacturing defects, you must first contact us and then provide a video documenting the problem to assist with our review. After verification—where we rule out user error and confirm the product is indeed faulty—we will arrange for a full return and refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

4. Exchange Policy

The quickest way to obtain the item you desire is to return the item you currently have. Once your return is approved, please place a separate order for the new item.
Important Note: For customers requesting an exchange due to errors in their original purchase (e.g., wrong size, wrong color), a re-listing fee of $30 and a secondary shipping fee will be charged.

5. Order Cancellation

Generally, we ship sports product orders within 24 hours of purchase. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact RENRUI as soon as possible to secure an immediate full refund. If your order has already been shipped, we will process your refund once the sports product is returned to our warehouse in acceptable condition.
To cancel your order, please send an email to support@renrui.com with your order number and cancellation request.

6. Refund Processing Details

We will notify you via email once we have received and inspected your returned sports product, informing you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
If the returned sports product fails our warehouse inspection due to obvious signs of excessive use or damage beyond normal wear (e.g., severe scuffs on sports equipment, torn sportswear), a fee of $50–$60 will be charged to cover product loss and disposal costs.
Refunds or exchanges for sports products will typically be processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds usually appear on your credit card statement within 7–12 business days.
Additionally, if you selected Faster Shipping for your order, only the product cost will be refunded. Faster Shipping fees are non-refundable, as these costs have already been paid to the courier for expedited delivery.
Critical Reminder: Always contact us before initiating a return. No refunds will be issued for unnotified returns.
